Rewilding Collective Spring Retreat

Come Back to Your Body. Remember How to Play.

Spring is a season of return — to warmth, to movement, to possibility.
The Rewilding Collective Spring Retreat is an invitation to step out of survival mode and into connection, creativity, and embodied joy.

Hosted at a rustic summer-camp style setting, this retreat blends deep nervous system restoration with laughter, movement, and childlike wonder. You’ll rest, yes — but you’ll also play, explore, and remember parts of yourself that have been buried under responsibility, burnout, and urgency.

This is not a silent retreat.
This is not a productivity retreat.
This is a coming-home retreat.

What This Retreat Is About

This weekend is designed for people who hold a lot — emotionally, politically, relationally, creatively — and are ready to soften without disappearing.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • Nervous system regulation that actually works in real life

  • Gentle yoga, somatic practices, and guided rest

  • Playful movement, camp-style activities, and unstructured joy

  • Creative expression and ritual

  • Community that feels safe, affirming, and pressure-free

There is no expectation to perform, heal on a schedule, or “get it right.”
You get to show up exactly as you are.

What to Expect

✨ Restorative + Somatic Practices
Yoga, breathwork, sound, and embodied tools to help your body feel safe again.

✨ Joyful Play & Camp Magic
Think crafts, games, nature time, laughter, and rediscovering curiosity — all optional, all invitational.

✨ Ritual & Reflection
Simple, grounded rituals to mark the season of spring and your own personal unfolding.

✨ Spaciousness
Plenty of downtime. Naps are encouraged. Wandering is allowed. Opting out is honored.

✨ Community Without Pressure
Connection without forced vulnerability. You can be social, quiet, messy, joyful — all of it belongs.

Who This Is For

  • Anyone longing to feel more embodied, playful, and alive

  • People who want rest and joy — not one or the other

No prior yoga or somatic experience required.

The Rewilding Collective Approach

Rewilding is not about escaping the world — it’s about resourcing ourselves so we can live in it with more agency, softness, and truth.

Our facilitators draw from:

  • Somatic and trauma-informed practices

  • Yoga, sound, ritual, and embodied creativity

  • Nervous system education grounded in lived experience

  • A commitment to accessibility, consent, and care

You are the expert of your own body here.

Leave With…

  • Renewed creativity and clarity

  • A felt sense of belonging

  • Memories of joy, laughter, and ease
