Approached through the lens of depth psychology, they offer rich symbolism, meaningful reflection, and a mirror for your inner landscape. Both tarot and astrology are available 1:1 or in group settings, making them a natural fit for retreats, gatherings, and events.

Two deeply restorative sensory experiences working through different pathways — sound baths through resonance and vibration, ASMR through intentional sensory stimulation. Both guide the nervous system into deep, receptive rest. Sound baths are available as solo or group experiences and are a beautiful addition to any retreat or gathering.

These aren't upsells — they're part of how I work. Any of the following can be woven into your session. Just mention what sounds good when we connect.

Hot stones Smooth heated basalt stones used to warm and soften muscle tissue before or during work.
Cold stones Marble stones used for inflammation, sinus work, or contrast therapy alongside hot stones.
Hot towels Applied to ease tension before deeper work — especially helpful for the back and feet.
Cold towels Cooling compresses for grounding, reducing inflammation, or finishing a session.
Aromatherapy Essential oil blends chosen to support your session's intention — relaxation, clarity, grounding, or release.
Scraping tools Gua sha-style instruments used to address fascial adhesions, tension, and circulation.
Percussion massage A percussive device used to warm up tissue, improve circulation, and work into stubborn areas.
Breathwork & somatic noticing Guided breath patterns and body awareness practices woven into sessions as appropriate to deepen the work.
Choosing your session

How long
should I book?

Not sure what length is right for you? Here's an honest guide. When in doubt, 90 minutes is my personal recommendation — it gives your nervous system enough time to actually settle.

15–30 minutes

A focused micro-session. Best for a single specific area or concern — a tight neck, a quick energetic reset, a short tarot pull.

Targeted & specific
60 minutes

Good for relaxation-focused sessions when nothing is particularly acute. Enough time to drop in, but limited room for therapeutic depth.

Relaxation-focused
90 minutes

The sweet spot. Relaxation and therapeutic work together, with enough time for your nervous system to genuinely settle and receive. My personal recommendation for most people.

Recommended
120 minutes

For whole-body therapeutic goals — posture correction, post-surgical recovery, injury rehabilitation, or significant chronic tension. Deep and focused work.

Therapeutic goals
180 minutes

A full immersive session with room for thorough work across the whole body, integration time, and a genuine sense of completion. For those with significant therapeutic goals or who simply love deep work.
